All fonts and related files sold on this website are digital products. Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept that digital files are non-refundable.
After payment is completed you will receive a download link and your license details by email. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout and for keeping the download files secure.
All prices include applicable VAT or sales taxes where required by law. Any taxes relevant to your location are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Font purchases grant a license to use the Font Software according to the specific terms set out in the separate EULA (End User License Agreement). The EULA defines the scope of permitted use, restrictions and rights granted. By purchasing, downloading or installing the Font Software you accept all terms of the EULA.

When you purchase fonts we collect your full name, email address, billing address and payment-related information. Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. When you request or download trial fonts we collect your name and email address. We also collect certain technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referrer URL, which helps us improve the website and ensure security.
We use your data to process orders, deliver font files and license documents, send order confirmations, provide access to trial fonts, respond to inquiries and comply with legal and tax obligations. We also use anonymized analytics to understand site usage and improve the service. We do not use your personal data for advertising or profiling.
Your data is processed on different legal grounds depending on the context: contractual necessity for fulfilling purchases, your consent for trial downloads, legal obligations for accounting and tax records, and legitimate interest for analytics and site security.
